Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us.

By purchasing from us you agree to the following terms of sale.

Security

When you register with Wrington DVD web site you will be required to supply a valid contact e-mail address and choose a password. You will be responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details. You must keep your password safe and must not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

Age Classified Products

Where a legal age classification for a product is displayed, by submitting an order for such a product, you will be confirming that you are of the appropriate legal age to view or use the product. We reserve the right to refuse an order for such products if we suspect it is from someone not of the appropriate age.

Order acceptance

A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from Wrington DVD is only created once we have sent you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order.

We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from yus and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgement of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the website.

If Wrington DVD has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail to the address supplied by you. We endeavour to refuse payment from PayPal should we discover an item is not in stock, but in any case if payment has been accepted we will refund the payment as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Prices

The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the e-mail confirmation.

We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the products appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the products that you have ordered before the contract is made we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail.

Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days but in any case within 14 days. We will confirm by e-mail when your order is dispatched. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on value and should reach you within 2 working days, however orders can occasionally take longer. We are unable to refund or replace undelivered goods until 14 days from dispatch has expired.

Once goods have been delivered to you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction.

We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

We will not not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods ordered by you or any delay in the delivering of goods ordered by you or any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Your Right To Cancel

We fully comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You have the right to cancel for whatever reason for 7 days starting the day following receipt of the goods. This does not apply to sealed computer software or DVDs that have been unsealed. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your expense within 30 days of notifying us of cancellation.
