Returns Policy
Unwanted Products
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return products purchased from us for a full refund. This does not apply to sealed computer software or recorded medium such as DVDs that have been unsealed. You have 7 days starting the day following receipt of the goods in which to cancel an order.
You must first e-mail us at enquiries@wringtondvd.co.uk and await further instructions before returning goods. We will respond to your e-mail and let you know where to return the product(s). You must then return the product(s) in their original condition and packaging at your expense to the address provided within 30 days. On receipt of the returned product(s) we will issue a refund to your PayPal account as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days.
Please do not return products without our prior authorisation.
Damaged and Faulty Products
In the event a product is received in damaged or faulty condition we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us 14 days. You must first e-mail us at enquiries@wringtondvd.co.uk and await further instructions before returning goods. We will respond to your e-mail and let you know where to return the product(s). Where an item is proven to be damaged or faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Please do not return products without our prior authorisation.
Refunds
For security reasons we will only refund payment to the PayPal account from which payment first originated.
